When you order an item
All trading at shop.sibast.furniture.com can be done around the clock and the agreement is made in Danish and the deal is subject to Danish law and jurisdiction.
You are always welcome to contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have questions about our furniture or cannot find a specific variant on the shop. All orders are processed as soon as possible and on the next working day if the order is made outside our opening hours.
Shopping at shop.sibast-furniture.com is straightforward
Just do the following:
- Once you have found the furniture you want to buy, put them in your "Cart"
- In your "Cart" you can check your choices and change them as needed
- When you are satisfied with your choices, choose "Check out"
- Here you enter your shipping information so that we can send the furniture the right place. If you have a discount code enter it in the "Discount" field - then your discount will appear in the overview
- Then you choose your payment method
- Please note that you have read our terms of trade
- Make sure all entries are correct and accept the purchase
You will now receive a receipt for your purchase in your email. Once Sibast Furniture has processed your order, you will receive an order confirmation on the same email. Here you can see when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. This means that the final purchase agreement has only been concluded when the order confirmation has been sent from Sibast Furniture to you.
Prices at shop.sibast-furniture.com
The prices you find on the shop are all daily prices and include Danish VAT (25%) and taxes in Danish Kroner.
You have the option of paying with Dankort, VISA / Dankort, Mastercard and PayPal. When the goods are shipped from Sibast Furniture, the amount is raised in your account and always the amount you have approved. We will send you an invoice when your goods are shipped from our warehouse.
We deliver free of charge in Denmark and in various European countries. In some European markets due to long distances there is a freight fee added to the purchase. This is always visible when you make your purchase.
Delivery is made during the daytime Monday-Friday by a carrier selected by Sibast Furniture at the address specified by the customer. Our freighters will contact you by telephone to arrange the delivery time with you.
As a starting point, an order is always delivered together, where the product with the longest delivery time will apply to the total delivery. The delivery time depends on what you agree with each carrier when they contact you.
You are responsible for ensuring that the goods can be delivered at the agreed time. If the carrier cannot take someone at the address at the agreed time, the goods are taken back and a message is left that the goods have been tried delivered. The carrier will contact you again to agree on a new delivery time, however, a fee of DKK 500 may be charged for new delivery.
Delivery is made to the main door at the ground floor and the packaging material is not returned.
Goods must be received by you or by a person to whom you have given a power of attorney, by acknowledgment of receipt. Only persons who are of age can be authorized to receive the goods. If neither you nor a person with a valid power of attorney is present, delivery cannot take place. The consignment note must be acknowledged with the name and date and the signature upon receipt.
Upon receipt of the goods, it is important that you check for visible damage on the goods or packaging and that it is the correct goods you have received. If there is a damage on the packaging and/or the goods, it must be written on the consignment note at the time of delivery of the goods. The better described the better the treatment of any damage. Take pictures of the packaging and the label together before unpacking the goods. After opening the damaged packaging take pictures again with the damage packaging and the goods before unpacking it completely. Last take pictures of the damaged goods unpacked which as much detail as possible. Thank you.
If there is a freight damage, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery. Send us a copy of the consignment note and pictures of the damaged packaging and the damage to the goods as instructed above. Thank you.
Do you regret your purchase
There is 14 days cancellation right or return when you shop at Sibast Furniture. Here you can regret the purchase without any reason and return your goods. The 14 days begin from the day you received the goods. Please sent prior notice to firstname.lastname@example.org within the withdrawal period.
One cannot regret a purchase by simply refusing to receive the goods on delivery.
When applying the right of return or cancellation, Sibast Furniture will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which Sibast Furniture has received the returned goods. The repayment is made with the same means of payment as you used for the purchase. No refunds are charged.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Sibast Furniture will contact you to arrange pick-up with a carrier chosen by Sibast Furniture. We will contact you by phone or by mail to arrange the pick-up time. The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from your returned payment.
When the item is returned for whatever reason, the product must be securely wrapped in original packaging. The customer carries the risk of the accidental damage or deterioration of the goods during the return transport. New packaging can be requested if this is disposed of, just contact email@example.com.
Sibast Furniture follows the law of purchase. We guarantee that our products are free from defects in construction and materials for 2 years.
Should any discrepancy occur in relation to this limited warranty during the product warranty period, Sibast Furniture shall provide, repair or replace at Sibast Furniture's choice and cost for the affected part or parts. Such repair or replacement shall constitute complete fulfilment of all Sibast Furniture's obligations under this warranty and shall exclude any right to reimbursement or compensation.
This warranty does not apply to damages or errors caused by:
- Wear and tear
- Outwardly inflicted damage and actions; including improper use and use, lack of or improper maintenance or improper storage as opposed to Sibast Furniture's recommendations
- Third-party materials used on the item or changes to the product, without prior consent of Sibast Furniture
- More intensive (or abnormal) use of the product than can reasonably be expected for normal private use
- Dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions or conditions contrary to Sibast Furniture's recommendations
- Freight damage
Natural variations occurring in wood and leather cannot be considered a damage or defect, and Sibast Furniture does not warrant the colour stability or matching of colours, veins, textures or surface hardness of such materials.
Complaints under this warranty must be reported in writing to Sibast Furniture within 5 days of the first discovery. The customer must document when and where the goods were purchased.
The Purchase Act's defect rules may also apply, and the above warranty does not limit the customer's rights under the Buying Act.
According to the rules of the Sale of Goods Act, the customer has two years' right of complaint if the goods delivered are defective. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, etc. The customer must contact Sibast Furniture as soon as possible and within a reasonable time and explain where the error or defect exists. In case of late complaint, the customer's claim lapses. Upon complaint, the customer must send the defective item together with a copy of the submitted order confirmation to Sibast Furniture.
There is no formal requirement for the customer's complaint about the product, which is why it is crucial if the complaint comes to Sibast Furniture. For the sake of the complaint process, however, in connection with the complaint about the product delivered, the customer is asked to fill out our COMPLAINT FORM. It is important for Sibast Furniture's handling of the complaint that you complete the complaint form adequately.
The completed and signed form can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note the email with the subject "Complaint" and invoice number. You will find the invoice number on your invoice. As soon as we receive your inquiry, you will be contacted for the purpose of coordinating the further course.
Any disagreement or dispute concerning the understanding or scope of these terms and conditions shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by Sibast Furniture's domicile, the Court of Kolding.
Since there can be a big difference between color display and screen resolution from computer to computer, Sibast Furniture can unfortunately not guarantee that our colours and qualities are reproduced 100% correctly. If you are in doubt about the color of a product at Sibast Furniture, we recommend that you visit one of our resellers who hold physical samples. Here you can also buy items from Sibast Furniture directly.
All furniture is handmade, and therefore there may be minor deviations in sizes.
Sibast Furniture reserves the right for any typos, price errors, VAT and tax changes as well as sold out items.
